Based on the suggestions of a couple of other personal finance bloggers I ordered used copies of Miserly Moms, even though I’m not a mother and Wealth on Minimal Wage, even though I earn far more than minimum wage.
It’s been a long time since I read any personal finance books, the last was Rich Dad, Poor Dad and before that the Tightwad Gazette and the Automatic Millionaire, so I’m looking forward to sinking my teeth into a new one.
They arrived tonight and I plan to do a little late night reading before bed.
I’d be interested to hear what you think about Miserly Moms. If I remember right, it was a lot like Tightwad Gazette, which I enjoyed. I’m actually thinking of buying a used copy (of Tightwad Gazette) now that I’m moving back to the States.
