I've had something similar to this since I was young. Mine doesn't have the curved ends though.

It's called a "hugging pillow", literally translated, in Vietnamese. They're pretty easy to make if you have a sowing machine or you can get them at Asian linen markets for $20-30. I'm glad you discovered them!

I got a pregnancy pillow similiar to this one early on and it turned out to be a god send! 2.5 weeks out and I STILL use it every night. Good purchase – you'll really use it!

Have you seen the 'Back Up Plan' with Jennifer Lopez? I happened to come across it a few weeks back, and I fell in love with it! It's so funny and tells all about going through pregnancy in a funny way. In it was this body pillow! As soon as I saw the pic I thought of the movie…if you haven't see it you must!
AND, you must stop worrying so much and tell your husband to take your to do list away! I know, you're just like me…the hamster in the wheel upstairs doesn't stop. I'm not sure how to turn it off exactly, but mommy to be needs sleep, NO STRESS! Try a relaxing bath at night before bed too….or some warm milk.
I really hope you can get some rest and some worrying off your back!
