To my uderstanding, staying 12 yrs in ne comapny is not a bad thing.. And I&#039;ve worked in US/UK/Canda and Asian coutnries as well. 
Keep looking, apply through online sites - you&#039;ll find something quick. The recruiters will say anything they want just to make you feel vulnerable and attcahed to them. they only have their own interests in mind. They always downplay the strengths of potential condiates when talking to candidates so they dont go find other recruiters.
