Some people&#039;s lives are very hard; how did I get so lucky? I guess we must give credit where it&#039;s due (to ourselves and others), and be grateful for the rest, while trying not to worry how or if our fate will change.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am not unsupportive of others but I am happy with my happiness, if you see what I mean. I am sure it is contagious too, just as misery is. My husband and I giggle and smile when we hear our grown up son (22) laughing out loud when he watches stand up in the sitting room. There is pleasure to be had in all things if you are open to it. Enjoy your joy!

I downplay my excitement of things for fear that if I get too happy/excited about them, they will just fall apart.  I think these types of fears are normal but I guess that&#039;s why it&#039;s even more important to appreciate what we have and then cross the bridge of bad news when we come to it.]]></description>
