If someone can work efficiently and complete their tasks in a shorter amount of time, why not work less? I believe it rewards efficiency. But I&#039;ve heard a phrase called &#039;face time&#039;, which refers to the need for employees to be physically seen in the office in order to be thought to be doing their job well. Who cares if they&#039;re just checking ebay or playing minesweeper. Which, of course, is why it&#039;s ridiculous.]]></description>
