Oh good one. I used to pass a Whole Foods on my way home from work. Moving to a new location saved me from those daily drop ins for expensive fruit and veggies!

Granted I buy healthy food, but so much was going to waste because I’m not one of those meal planning types. Never will be. So now I’m only buying a few items at a time as needed. I live in an area where there seems to be a grocery store every 100 yards, so I’m usually always passing one.

I have a good friend who also struggles with wine purchases. She recently went to her local store and asked the general manager for a list of ‘cheaper’ selections. She said that actually helped quite a bit.
