I think taking small steps is an excellent idea, but one I’ve never successfully managed. I simply can’t help flinging myself into every project I start!

I LOVE self improvement- my husband shakes his head at my latest book on how to be happier, or easy ways to organize your home, or whatever. I may not master these subjects, but I usually pick up a nugget or two that improves my life. There’s something about self-improvement that feels so hopeful.

I actually like that idea the most too! It’s the easiest to implement, plus making one positive change often brings the confidence to expand into other areas.

As for the champagne… Unfortunately our business crumbled, but we did drink that bottle after we paid off our mortgage last February!

I like the idea of improving little things like grammar, spelling, etc. Even something like posture or mindfulness. It would provide immediate results be a low intensity kinda goal. My favorite!

I hope you and your hubby drank the champagne at some point!
