I agree with every word that you’ve written here! High school was the same for me. Now that I’m (much) older I too see it play out with groups of women. I steer clear! I’m always amazed by people who have such good lives, and so much to be thankful for, and they just cannot see the good in it. Nothing but complaints about their husbands, their kids, their vacations…my mind is always blown. Be thankful for your husband, and your healthy children and the fact that you can even go on vacation!

People get to live their lives the way they want to do so. I want to be around positive, engaged people who are grateful for what they have and want to bring good into the world.
