Get rid of those and a 30 minute commute turns into 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;@Mercedes - I completely feel for you. My morning drive took at least 40 minutes and my ride home was never less than 70 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;@Jerry - I could actually metro to work, but I&#039;d have to ride the metro all the way in and out of the city, which would actually take me twice as long to get there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;@Ruby Leigh - If I loved my job I could see driving out to it. Unfortunately, I&#039;m not loving it!]]></description>

As it stands right now my 22 mile drive can take anywhere from 30 minutes (at 6 am) to 90 minutes + (any time after 5 and before 7)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seems the traffic jam was just more reinforcement that you made the right move to a different position at a different office!]]></description>
