Maybe the last group used the health insurance a lot? I read a post on a forum last week about a guy who got a poor evaluation at his job after years of strong evaluations. Then he was laid off with nine other employees. Turns out the company had determined the top 10 employees who used the health plan the most and laid them off. Very scary and disturbing. We desperately need health insurance reform in this country. It should have nothing to do with your employment.
