Thank you for your kind thoughts. There are so many awful parts of this pandemic, but the quiet was an unexpected and much needed benefit for us last year.

I’m grateful you’ve been here in this space and I’m sending you hugs as you navigate this particularly hard time. I do feel a weird sense of nostalgia for the quiet of the lockdown period, especially staring down the barrel of ramped up socializing and new routines. That moment had some perks.
