If you are a woman looking to take your career to the next level this book may be for you. It doesn’t matter if you are working at your very first job or have already worked for twenty years. This book provides the step-by-step instructions to conquer your fears and amplify your voice.
The author, Holly Chessman, has experience working in technology, which is a sector of the job market typically dominated by men. Rather than shrink back like a wallflower Chessman realized she would need to find the words and courage to speak up and be heard. Having learned these lessons she wants to impart her wisdom to you.
Might this book be for you? If you are tired of being ignored by your male counterparts or tired of being passed over for promotions then I would highly recommend this book.
