Goals for the New Year

This year I’m following JD’s lead and setting New Year’s goals rather than resolutions. Here is my list for 2009:

  1. Take time out for the little things in life, like providing extra attention to my 8 1/2 year old cat.
  2. Go to sleep at a reasonable hour each night.
  3. Focus on my health.

In an effort to meet these goals I plan to create a specific list of steps. If they remain vague I’m afraid I won’t meet them. I plan on detailing the steps in my next post. I’d write more now but it’s late and I need to get to bed.
